Traveling party: a couple

Well-equipped and maintained site in a beautiful location, perfect for excursions on Lake Maggiore and in the hinterland (free public transport with the Ticino Card). Nice restaurant. A deposit is required upon reservation, all of which is not refundable. Outrageous!

Traveling party: family with children of different ages

This campsite is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood. The sanitary building is simple and moderately clean. Every second shower/sink is closed due to Corona. There is no disinfectant dispenser at the entrance to the sanitary building. The pitches are not parceled out, only marked with numbers. But the location on the lake and on the maquis is very nice. All very close to nature, there are many animals (ducks, birds, squirrels).

Nice campsite right on the lake. Locarno and Ascona are nearby. The food in the nearby restaurant is very good. In the store you can get everything you need.
